At Acegolfs, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment and apparel. If your purchase doesn't help your game, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the golf gear you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, playable condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
